CRIME THROUGH TIME SAYS THAT - Charles Bronson was shamefully and wrongly sentenced to a Life Imprisonment at Luton Crown Court - more than likely in solitary confinement! He has been dehumanised!

Contrary to what the tabloids choose to print - Charles Bronson is not an animal, he is not a monster and he is not even a killer! Prior to the taking of hostage Phil Danielson at Hull Prison in January 1999, and through his own progression, self determination and positive efforts Charles Bronson was on the brink of achieving the better quality of life and better living conditions that he sought whilst serving his sentence in prison.

He was due to be considered for parole before his potential release from prison in the Year 2006. He is then let down by Home Office Headquarters given the only option but to spend the rest of his days back into solitary confinement.

The hostage taking was simply a statement that he didn't want to return to hell, he wanted to progress! HQ had other ideas! Why was he sentenced to life imprisonment then you may ask?

I will tell you!

Because he did not have a barrister or Q.C represent him at The Trial to obtain a ruling from the Judge that his defence of Duress, Threat and Psychological harm could be deemed in Law to be a form of acceptable defence prior to the case proceeding.

Despite no ruling being obtained, Charles Bronson was still allowed to continue with his defence case with the Judge having already decided that he would direct the Jury at the end of the Trial to find him guilty because in Law no defence was available.

Yes Charles Bronson was shamefully lifed off because of technical law points as opposed to having his quite reasonable and valid defence case being considered on its merit! As most of us know and agree the law at times is an ass! If he had a Q.C representing him to simply highlight points of law - yes I'm sure he would have been acquitted!

Charles Bronson represented himself at the Trial for four days in a very professional, sane fashion even though generally the courts frown upon such an event. Rest assured he defended himself straight from the heart, he told the truth and nothing but the truth. In fact Kavanagh Q.C could not have performed better!

Such a forthright performance from an supposed madman will never been seen or witnessed in history again! If only this had been televised I believe that the whole country would be backing Charles Bronson and severe public pressure would be implemented against the home office for the inhumane treatment that has been inflicted upon him over the last 26 years in prison. It is them that fear him simply through his hardman reputation and they do not wish him to progress, they want him kept in a hole to rot!

No way!

Charles Bronson will appeal and I believe that he will be acquitted and in the near future released! A ruling will be obtained at High Court Level that his defence was a proper, right and valid one, as the fact is that he had told the truth and nothing but the truth, simply having sadly not addressed the points of the law that quite clearly he had not felt were necessary or even knew would need to come to light or be addressed.
