Still one of the most feared and respected men in the underworld; a charismatic and powerful leader of men he was respected by associates the Kray's. Referred to as 'Brown Bread Fred' by associates.

In 1989 Foreman hit the front pages when he was doped and forcefully extradited from Spain for his part in the £7 million Security Express raid, Britian's biggest cash haul.

DAVE COURTNEY

Dave Courtney is an ex London gangster. He is well known for his friendship with other well known hard men such as the Krays and Lenny McLean.


In his time, Dave has been shot, stabbed, had his nose bitten off and has had to kill to stay alive himself. Dave Courtney has been involved in debt collecting, minding clubs, assault, contraband and murder, to name but a few things. ROY 'PRETTY BOY' SHAW

At the age of 42 he took up bare knuckle fighting, and after beating Donny ' the Bull' Adams, King of the Gypsies, he became 'King of London'.

He is still regarded as the undisputed elder statesman of British unlicensed boxing.

His autobiography is currently topping the book charts and there are rumours of a biopic in the works starring Ray Winstone.
